The local alumni chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota is hosting a free concert at Rollins College at 2 p.m. on Feb. 23 at Tietdke Hall. The goal is to raise funds for college scholarships for women students attending local colleges who are pursuing careers in music.
The Rotary Club of Winter Park is pleased to host its annual celebration of chili at the third annual Chili for Charity presented by Mayflower Retirement Community on Wednesday, Feb. 26, at the Winter Park Farmers Market. The events features chili creations by more than a dozen local restaurants and caterers and enables the club’s foundation to continue its effort to support more than 30 local non-profit organizations each year.
