The Maitland Senior Center presents a program for elders on the second Friday of the month that is staffed by counselors from S.H.I.N.E. (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders). The program provides free unbiased counseling about Medicare, Medigap, HMOs, Medicaid, Prescriptions Drug Plans, and Long Term Care.
