The 31 Panera Bread cafes owned by the Covelli Family sold 21,683 Pink Ribbon Bagels on Friday, Oct. 1. One-hundred percent of the proceeds, $11,500, were donated to the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Orlando and Wuesthoff for Women. Covelli will also donate a portion of the proceeds of each Pink Ribbon Bagel sold throughout October, which is breast cancer awareness month. Visit paneraorlando.com for more information.

In celebration of World Habitat Day, volunteers and local officials joined Habitat for Humanity Orlando to present seven families with keys to new Stag Horn Villas town homes.

Chambers, a realtor with Fannie Hillman and Associates, won a $100 gift certificate to 4 Rivers Smokehouse, a case of 4R Barbecue sauce and her recipe featured on the smokehouse menu for a month. The Francetic & Heistand Team of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate made a $4.45 million sale of a luxury lakefront residence in the upscale Windsong community near Rollins College. According to the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, it is the largest single-property sale in Winter Park through the year’s first nine months.
