About Us
The Winter Park / Maitland Observer ("WPMO") is an award-winning weekly community newspaper covering the highly affluent Central Florida markets of Winter Park, Maitland and Baldwin Park. The Observer began publishing in Winter Park in 1988. In 1990 the city of Maitland was added to the Observer coverage area, and Baldwin Park was added in 2009.
