2013 Porcelain Art Show: Pearls, Lace, and Vintage Grace

The Florida World Organization of China Painters is pleased to announce its 45th annual Porcelain Art Show. The show will take place January 27, 28, and 29 at The Bahia Shrine Center, 2300 Pembrook Dr. in Orlando.

Guest artist Mariela Villasmil-Kaminski, a Venezuelan-born artist living in Texas, conducts workshops around the world. Visit her website at www.gotportrait.com to see the beauty and creativity that distinguish her works.

The event will feature original hand-painted porcelain with exhibitions and hourly demonstrations by porcelain artists. Outstanding porcelain artists will conduct these small seminar sessions. Attendees will have an opportunity to meet porcelain artists from all over the country, to see lovely works of art, and to purchase painted china as well as art supplies.

Hours on Jan. 27 are from 1 – 5; Jan. 28 from 9 - 5, and Jan. 29 from 9 - 3. Admission cost is $5.00. For anyone who has never experienced porcelain art, this is a wonderful place to start!
