“Continuing the Legacy: The Civil Rights Struggles of the 21st Century”: The Winter Park Institute will host Martin Luther King III civil rights activist. King is the oldest son of the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Mrs. Coretta Scott King. He will call attention to global injustices and the steps needed to make equality for all not just a dream, but a reality. King has dedicated himself to implementing nonviolence and peace to rid the world of social, political and economic injustice. He will speak at 12:30 and 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15, at the Rollins College Knowles Memorial Chapel. Both events are free and open to the public.
